Rina’s Boutique is located in Thornhill,

just at the corner of Yonge and Steeles.

What are your hours of operation?

The retail store is open
Monday to Friday 10:00 – 20:00,
Saturday 10:00 – 18:00,
Sunday 12:00 – 18:00.

Is your online store secure?

We have adopted SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Technology
to assure that your personal information (such as name, address,
phone numbers, credit card numbers, etc) cannot be intercepted
by third parties. This technology is currently the online industry standard.

Do I have to process my order online? Can I call you and give you my personal information?

Although you can be sure that the information you provide
us wish will be safe, we understand that there still are some people
reluctant to submit their information online. If you wish to purchase an item

What is your return policy?

What do I do if my shoes don't fit?

There are two ways you can handle this. Firstly, you can return your shoes
as outlined in our return policy. Secondly, you can adjust your shoes at a
local shoe repair store, and Rina's Boutique will credit you upon your next
purchase. More information on this program can be found here.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Rina’s Boutique accepts PayPal, Money Orders and Cash payments (for local pickups).
Also, Rina’s Boutique is accepting VISA payments through Verified by Visa,
powered by Beanstream (You do not have to have a Beanstream account to pay using this method).

What courier do you use? And how can I track my order?

Rina’s Boutique uses UPS to ship all its products. The Rina’s Boutique
team will send out your tracking number once an order your order has
been shipped, and you can track it on the UPS website.
